Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

We will bring you together for free.
If an item goes on back order we will ship it to you as soon as its finished brewing.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless it got damaged in shipping. (Take a picture and see step 1 below) You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Because we offer free shipping, please be aware that if you return this product, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
- Please email Christian@hopsterbeverage.com to request a refund/replacement and we will assign you a tracking # and send you shipping instructions.
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
This item cannot be returned if opened.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
